Our Winery Vineyard
This vineyard comprises 12 hectares (29 acres) situated behind our winery at Vine Vale. The majority of the vineyard is dedicated to Shiraz, with the eastern block planted between 1996-1998.
A portion of the Shiraz vines were grafted from Chardonnay approximately 10 years ago.

Total area: 12 hectares
Shiraz: ~11.5 hectares (yields 8-12 tonnes per hectare)
Cabernet Sauvignon: ~2 hectares (yields 6-10 tonnes per hectare)
Grenache: ~0.5 hectares (newly grafted, 11 rows adjacent to Cabernet Sauvignon)

Sustainability Initiatives
We are committed to sustainable vineyard practices, including:
- On-site composting of grape waste (stalks and skins)
- Integrated dam and wastewater management
- Newly installed systems to utilize winery wastewater and harvested rainwater for vineyard irrigation
- Minimized transportation impact through on-site processing
